Ushakov, was born in 1978 in USSR Education: 1994-1999 - Northern Caucasian Academy for Public Administration, faculty of Government and Municipial Management (Rostov-on-Don, Russia)received diploma of specialist (which equivalent to M.Sc) in economy and management 1994-1999 - Stavropol's State University (Stavropol, Russia)received diploma of specialist (which equivalent to M.Sc) in jurisprudence 1999-2002 - post-graduate studing in Northern Caucasian Academy for Public Administration Rostov-on-Don, Russia), speciality "theory of economy" 16.09.2002 - defended a dissertation with the theme: "Service's production in the postindustrial economical systems" in Northern Caucasian Academy for Public Administration Rostov-on-Don, Russia) 30.05.2003 - by the decision of Russian Ministry of education, became a "candidate of economical sciences" first science degree in Russia, which equivalent to PHD) 16.11.2005 - by the decision of Russian Ministry of education, became a "senior lecturer" 25.12.2007 - by the decision of Presidium of Russian National Tourism Academy (NAT), became a Real Academic of Russian NAT (Southern Department) 06.10.2009 - defended a doctor's dissertation with the theme: "Innovative modernization of , economical systems" in Russian Academy of commerce (Moscow, Russia) 29.01.2010 - by the decision of Russian Ministry of education, became a "doctor of economical sciences" (highest science degree in Russia, which equivalent to PHDD) 20.04.2010 - by the decision of Russian Ministry of education, became a "professor" Working experience: 01.02.2003 - assistant lecturer in Northern Caucasian Academy for Public Administration, Instutute of the international economy (subjects)- assistant lecturer in Rostov State University of Transport, faculty of tourism and social services (subjects) 16.11.2005 - senior lecturer in Northern Caucasian Academy for Public Administration, Instutute of the international economy - senior lecturer in Rostov State University of Transport, faculty of tourism and social services 01.02.2009 - assistant professor in Northern Caucasian Academy for Public Administration, Instutute of the international economy - assistant professor in Rostov State University of Transport, Faculty of tourism and social services 20.04.2010 - professor in Northern Caucasian Academy for Public Administration, Institute of the international economy- professor in Rostov State University of Transport
